Factory Production Models

Our new factory design also allows us to work and provide solutions through a number of different models based on the customized needs and desires of our clients.

Traditional Production Model

The first model is a traditional production model based on our ability to deliver products and solutions for a specific project or group of projects. We have the ability to produce based on a selection of standard product options or provide delivered tailored and customized solutions for any project needs. We also provide value in this model by working with designers, architects, and project managers in a sub-contractor relationship.

The Cost-Plus Model

The second model is a new concept based on a rental or occupation theory in which you relocate an entire production team and process to our factory and govern your own production out of our facilities. This model allows you to take full advantage of our experience and core competencies in aggregating and sourcing materials, labor and equipment from all over Asia. Also, your managers are given places to work, autonomous production control, open books, shared suppliers and Axis sourcing solutions that can optimize output and production to an unparalleled level in this industry.

This model also allows you to achieve the benefits of a full production factory without spending the capital outlay and covering costs associated with building and operating a factory. We spread these costs across multiple product lines and projects, while you cover only the costs associated with your own project.

Features and Benefits of Cost-Plus Model

The benefits of this model are dependent on the level of independence you desire. Clients of this model have the flexibility to use our experience and core competencies in production or they can opt to run a completely independent operation out of our facility. Some of the potential features and benefits of this model include:

  • Working areas and offices for your relocated managers
  • Autonomous production governance over your products and projects
  • Open books with regard to sourcing materials, production costs, etc.
  • Shared suppliers and Axis’s sourcing solutions
  • Reduced cost due to no overhead, equipment costs, liabilities and factory capital costs
  • Independent quality control and assurance measures or Axis quality control and assurance

This model applies to large scale, multi-source and consolidated projects that are over 5 million USD and are paid out as a percentage of the total gross value of shipments your operation produces.
